Just a tablespoon or two of Demi-Glace will add richness and depth to a variety of dishes, from soups and stews to sauces and gravies. The authentic sauce in 10 minutes. It's Versatile - so experiment. Can be used in making sauces like Madiera, Pepper, Mushroom and Burgundy sauce. Can also be used in continental food like steaks, sizzlers, etc.
