Tibetian Momo sauce aka our beloved Spicy Momo Chutney! We know it's a sin to serve momos sans this sauce so Urban Platters Momo sauce was created using a blend of red chilli, garlic, vinegar & a few other spices. A spicy & absolutely addictive condiment, our Momo sauce is made using a traditionally crafted recipe to give you an authentic experience of the cold, hilly regions where this sauce was perfected. The spice and pungency in this chutney enhances the taste and experience of any dish you add it to. Perfect as a dipping sauce for street food snacks like sandwiches, samosas, maggi and of course, some dimsums! The flavour of this chutney makes it great to spice up your rice, stir-fries, noodles or even as a marinade for tikkas & kebabs.
