Udupi Upma is a traditional recipe from the coastal city of Udupi in South India. It is particularly famous in western ghats areas across Karnataka, Kerala and Goa. Startdesi FORGOTTEN FOODS Udupi Upma is made using the goodness of Little millets with the authentic flavours of ginger, curry leaves, green chilly and mustard. It is believed that long before the advent of green revolution, millets were used in most dishes where wheat sooji is used at present.
