Masala Dosa is a popular and authentic delicacy from Mysore in Karnataka. The recipe was developed in the royal kitchens of Mysore long ago. Dosa is a fermented crepe or a pancake made from cereals, rice and lentils. The original masala dosa is spread with a thick red chilly paste and filled with potato masala. This pack also contains a sachet of red masala to make the chilly paste. Apart from the delicious taste they come with a range of health benefits of Kodo and Little millets. It is rich in fibre, nutrients and proteins. Masala Dosa is an instant mix, the dosa batter will be ready in just 5 minutes by adding water and sour curds. Made using 100% Natural Ingredients (no preservatives, no chemicals, no added flavours, Non-GMO). This pack of 200 grams dried powder can make 10-12 dosas to serve 3 people.
